The Manufacturer's
Warranty is primary on all products sold
by R-com Enterprise, LLC. Unless an
Extended Warranty is purchased through
R-com Enterprise only the Manufacturer's
Warranty shall apply. R-com Enterprise
offers a Maintenance Service Agreement
(Contract) on equipment and services.
If any product damage occurs and that
damage is found to be directly caused by
the manufacturer, the customer may
contact the manufacturer directly or R-com's
Technical Service Department for
assistance. If a customer suspects a
problem with their equipment, please
contact R-com first. R-com will
not reimburse a customer for the
technical evaluation or service related
to the product when performed by another
company or individual.
