ON SITE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT (CONTRACT)

Keep your network, computer or telephone key system operational using experience/certified personnel with the right tools and resources necessary to quickly respond to your computer, network and/or telephone maintenance needs. We utilize a proactive approach to properly maintain and secure your network needs all while minimizing your system downtime.

  Benefits -

     - Priority Service – Clients under contract receive priority service.

     - Extended Service Hours – after hours and weekend service are optional under the service agreement.

     - Reduced Rates – lower hourly rate and standard charges even for after hours and weekend service, starting as low as 10%.

     - No Travel Charge – all travel charges are waived for clients unless the work site is outside the twenty-five mile radius of R-com Enterprise's main office (Pensacola, FL).

     - Reduced System Downtime – Monthly checks and tune-ups are provided to reduce the risk of system problems.

     - Improved System Performance – regular maintenance helps keep your systems running smoothly.

     - Documentation – full network documentation to include workstations, servers and network hardware is maintained and stored on-site and at R-com Enterprise's main office.

TIME AND MATERIALS (T & M) MAINTENANCE SERVICE

Call R-com Enterprise, LLC when you need us.  Upon the completion of information about your company, we will have an Engineer or Technician assigned to your company.  Depending on the requirement and time the call is received a technical person will be dispatched to be on site within "4" hours or early the next business day.

WHO NEEDS A MAINTENANCE OR T & M CONTRACT

A maintenance contract is recommended for any Small or Medium Size Business that does not require a full time technical support staff.  With a Maintenance Agreement, the business Owner/Officer can afford the same support and technical expertise as that of a larger corporation.
